Save the Date

Before starting his surgery rotation D had a class meeting at Temple to discuss odds and ends. One odd and end was the Class of 2008's graduation date...Friday, May 23rd!!! There will be major celebrating going on that weekend. I know, I know...it's still over a year away, but the end is in sight and another phase of life will begin. I think I'll need the year and a half to prepare! (Above is the design that D entered into the t-shirt design contest his freshmen year. He didn't win, but I still wanted to make a t-shirt out of it because it's so creative. He didn't let me then and he won't let me now, but I still really like it!)

Yeh, you're going to have to remind me of that date a few times, because there's no way I'm going to remember it. ;)

I like the design too! I think you should make it into a T-shirt anyway--and then make him wear the shirt at his graduation party. ;)

Remind me of the date at the beginning of 2008, that way I can write it into our calendar.
Cool design. I'm with Sara, you should make the T-shirt anyway.

Yes, I definitely agree with both Sara & Eden! You SHOULD make him a t-shirt with that design as a SURPRISE! He'll wear it I'm sure & love it since it's a gift from you! It's a great design. Go for it, no matter what he says!

Our Dave, officially Dr. Dave May 23, 2008! And the world will be a better place because of it! You should do one of those count down things, Jess, so that we will all remember. AS far as the Tee Shirt, I will get dad to make him one, he has discovered how to do that via the computer! Love, Mom F
