In no particular order...
Mom planted a few calla lily plants in the front yard to represent the type of flower I had at my wedding (though mine were white). She said she is going to plant the type of flowers that her daughters-in-law carry on their wedding day, too. What a neat idea!
Grammy loves Dougie and Dougie loves Grammy.
My cousin Brandon was visiting from Kentucky and staying with Grammy. I can't get over how much he looks exactly like my uncle. He's the first cousin I babysat those many years ago. He's a real sweetheart and I love him!
Mom and Rita (Ryan's girlfriend's mom) are taking piano lessons with the same instructor. Rita just came from her lesson and the two of them were practicing what they knew...as the rest of us cleared the room...wink, wink :)

Mom decided to be funny and dress like me...
...a few times. I'd be minding my own business and she'd appear and act all surprised that we were dressed the same.
D and I took Nick and Kristina out for dessert to celebrate their engagement. A few incidents will always make us laugh when we remember what went on there that night (wow, a lot of w words all in a row).
