My Man is Good

Just a quick update about the Residency application process. D sent his application in on Saturday, September 1st and as of this writing, he has received 7 interview invitations!!! Hence the reason my man is good. Obviously interviews do not promise a placement anywhere, but when he has gotten this much feedback in such a short amount of time...he is a very competitive applicant. Like this is news to anybody. One program even went so far as to say, "Congratulations! We are impressed with the academic record you have achieved as a medical student, and look forward to having you visit." God has been so good to us throughout our years here and He continues to be as we approach the end of this journey and begin the next.

Yea for our David! All of these interviews are simply warm ups for his Hartford interview (yet to be received, but on its way, I am sure!!) to get out all the kinks so that Hartford will realize the diamond they have in our David! Way to go Jess & Dave!!! Love, Mom F
