Snoring Micah

This dude was up for six hours straight on Friday, so you can probably imagine his miserable state by the fourth, fifth, and sixth hours. Daddy won, though, and soon Micah was fast asleep. So asleep, in fact that he was snoring...loudly...

Aww...what an adorable snore. Poor little fella, though. I remember those days...Lyv always had trouble napping and going to bed at night.

Lyv actually still struggles with both the majority of the time, but she totally needs it because she's absolutely miserable (and so are the rest of us) if she doesn't take a nap, etc.

I'm sure you tried this, but one of the best ways we got Lyv to fall asleep was swaddling her super tight followed by us sitting on the edge of the bed and bouncing her up and down quite roughly.

I got several different ideas from the book: "Happiest Baby on the Block", including the one from above. Alot of his strategies worked, thankfully!

It's so sad to see them fighting sleep when they are soo tired.

What an adoreable snore Micah has! Good job Dave on putting him to sleep. Your Dad used to fall asleep while he was putting you kids to sleep! LOL!
